The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having completed similar works with specific value and percentage requirements. The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years, with the following requirements: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should possess relevant experience of successful execution of similar projects in India with order value of - 1 project equal to or more than 80% of tender value - 2 projects with order value of 50% or more of tender value - 3 projects with order value of 40% or more of tender value in last 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar works worth at least 30% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level.
