The required prior work experience for the bidder is that they should have experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. A work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. For works costing more than 100.00 Lakh and less than 500.00 Lakh, the bidder is required to provide details of personnel with the contractor/firm. Additionally, for certain positions, the bidder should have personnel with specific qualifications and experience, such as a Work Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and 2 years of experience, an Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer), and staff for administration and management. The bidder must also provide information about skilled and unskilled workers, with a minimum requirement of 5 skilled workers and 60 unskilled workers.
