The required prior work experience for the bidder is having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years. The experience requirements are as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. The similar works include Spillways, Dams, Barrages, Aqueducts, Canal Bridges, Head Regulator, Cross Regulator, Tunnels, Syphan, Canals Construction Works, Canal Pacca Works, Canal Lining works, Flood protection works, River training works, Drains Construction Works, Drains Pacca Works, Bund (Tatbundh) Construction Works, Bundh (Tatbundh) Pacca Works, Building Work, and Construction of Ghat. For works costing more than 100.00 Lakh and less than 500.00 Lakh, the contractor/firm should have a Work Manager with a Diploma in Civil Engineering, an Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer), and personnel for administration and management. The bidder should also have skilled and unskilled workers, with a minimum of 5 skilled workers and 60 unskilled workers.
