The eligibility criteria for technical qualification requires the applicant to be registered as Contractor of category A or above.

The calculated Bid capacity should be greater than the Estimated Value of the work, which is Rs. 397.00 Lakh. Additionally, the qualifying criteria for turnover is: "The bidder in the same name and style as applied for the bid should have average annual financial turnover during the last 3 year, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T)." Given the cost of the work is Rs. 397.00 Lakh, The bid capacity required can be calculated as follows: 30% of Rs. 397.00 Lakh = 0.3 * 397 = Rs. 119.1 Lakh. So, the average annual financial turnover required is at least Rs. 119.1 Lakh. Therefore, the bid capacity required is Rs. 119.1 Lakh, and it should be greater than the Estimated Value of the work using the formula 2AN - B.
