The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Projects in the last seven years. The bidder should have successfully completed or substantially completed one of the following: * Three Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 40% of the Estimated Cost of work * Two Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Projects with a cost of executed works not less than 50% of the Estimated Cost of work * One Residential/Non-residential Building Construction Project with a cost of executed works not less than 80% of the Estimated Cost of work The completion date for the above experience should fall within the preceding seven years, and the substantially completed works mean the works for which at least 80 percent payments of the contract value have been received. The value of work executed shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. Additionally, the bidder should have an average annual turnover certificate in Civil engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last three financial years. The estimated cost of the work is 600.00 Lakh Rs. for both Lot-01 and Lot-02. The bid security/earnest money deposit is 12.00 Lakh Rs. for both lots. The bidder should also provide evidence of ownership of major items of construction equipment or evidence of arrangement of possessing them on hire/lease, and have access to lines of credit and availability of other financial resources/facilities, which is 25 percent of the work cost.
