The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Completion of works of similar type and magnitude to the work under consideration - Maximum value of project/work/supply handled - Maximum value of a single contract handled - Availability of minimum essential plants and machinery - Details of personnel, including key staff and their qualifications and experience - Financial capabilities, including sources of finance and accounting records. The bidder must have at least five years of experience and capability in construction of similar civil engineering work. The bidder should have Average Annual Financial turnover in Civil Engineering works of not less than 30% of the estimated value of work during the last 3 years financial years. The bidder should also have Annual Financial turnover in Civil Engineering works of Equal to or more than the estimated value of work in any one year during the last 5 financial years. The bidder is required to provide details of their past work experience, including the quantity of concrete executed per year in the last five years. The bidder should have Assessed Available Bid Capacity greater than the Estimated Value of the work derived upon by a formula.
