The required prior work experience for the bidder includes having executed similar work, such as Spillways/Dams/Barrages/Aqueducts/Canal Bridges/Head Regulator/Cross Regulator/ Tunnels/ Syphan, Canals Construction Works/ Canal Pacca Works/Canal Lining works/Flood protection works/ river training works/Drains Construction Works/ Drains Pacca Works/Bund (Tatbundh) Construction Works/Bundh(Tatbundh) Pacca Works, Building Work, Construction of Ghat. The experience of having successfully completed similar nature of civil works during the last 7 years is required, with the following conditions: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. The work experience will be updated by giving 8% simple weightage per year to bring them to the current financial year price level. The work experience certificate should not be issued below the rank of Executive Engineer. Additionally, the bidder should have average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31st March of the previous financial year 2024, should be at least 30% of the COST OF WORK (without G.S.T). For the work cost less than 100.00 Lakh, the contractor/firm should have a Work Manager (Diploma in Civil Engineering) with 1 number, and for the work cost more than 100.00 Lakh and less than 500.00 Lakh, the contractor/firm should have a Work Manager (Diploma in Civil Engineering) with 2 numbers, an Engineer Graduate (Civil Engineer) with 1 number.
