The required prior work experience for the bidder involves executing similar works, specifically Supply, Erection & Commissioning of at least 2000Amps LT MCC Panel. This experience can be demonstrated by: - Execution of at least one order for similar work for a value not less than Rs.221 Lakhs. - Execution of two orders for similar works for a value each not less than Rs.138 Lakhs. - Execution of three orders for similar works for a value each not less than Rs.110 Lakhs. However, for MSE & Start-Up Bidders, past experience is relaxed, but they must establish their technical competency by submitting supporting documents towards successful execution of similar work for any value. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder must provide documentary evidence in support of the qualification criteria from the concerned authority/department/organization for similar work executed, such as a copy of the work order along with a Completion/Performance Certificate. The bidder is also required to have a minimum average annual turnover of 70 lakhs for 3 years, but this requirement is exempted for Micro or Small Enterprises as per latest definitions under MSME rules, or for Startups, subject to meeting of quality and technical specifications.
