The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any one of the following categories of work(s) during the last 07 years: * Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. * Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. * One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. For subcontractors, the required prior work experience includes successfully completing at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience is required. The bidder should also have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years of at least 30% of the estimated cost, and a net worth of at least 10% of the estimated cost of the work. In case of a newly formed partnership firm, the credentials of individual partners from previous proprietary firms or dissolved previous partnership firms or split previous partnership firms shall be considered only to the extent of their share in the previous entity on the date of dissolution/split and their share in the newly formed partnership firm. The available bid capacity shall be calculated based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year, and the existing commitments and balance amount of ongoing works with the tenderer. For a subcontractor, at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, and completed in the last 5 years is required. However, no previous work experience is required for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh. The required documents to support the work experience include a copy of the work order, bill of quantities, bill-wise details of payment received, and a copy of the final/last bill paid by the company, duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, and TDS certificates for all payments received. The work experience certificate can be issued by a Govt. Department/Organisation or a public listed company with an average annual turnover of Rs 500 crore and above in the last 3 financial years, excluding the current financial year. The total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), shall be considered as the cost of substantially completed work. The bidder must submit completion certificates for having successfully completed similar works in the last 7 years, with values supported by Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates or other relevant documents. The performance certificate/work completion certificate should reflect the quantities of concreting work completed. The bidder should have completed similar works with quantities of concreting work, and the performance certificate/work completion certificate should reflect these quantities. The bidder should also submit completion certificates for having successfully completed similar works in the last 7 years, with values supported by Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) certificates or other relevant documents. The required value and percentage of similar works completed are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - At least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted. - Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years of at least 30% of the estimated cost. - Net worth of at least 10% of the estimated cost of the work. - Available bid capacity based on the maximum value of construction works executed and payment received in any one of the previous three financial years or the current financial year. - Total gross amount already paid, including the PVC amount (if paid), as the cost of substantially completed work. - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work, where no previous work experience is required. - Rs 500 crore, the average annual turnover of a public listed company for issuing a work experience certificate.
