Objective One: Marketing And Beneficiaries’ Outreach & Selection Stage: • The Service Provider Will Carry Out A Marketing Campaign For Beneficiaries’ Outreach For The Be Ready Programme. • Utilize The Be Ready Branding That The Initiative Built During The Last Period. • Reach Potential Beneficiaries Through Social Media Channels • Develop Educational/awareness Content On Social Media To Increase Attraction And Engagement. Objective Two: Provision Of Employability Skills Career Readiness Trainings: The Service Provider Will Deliver For The 1,150 Beneficiaries A Total Of Three (3) Career Readiness Sessions In Both Online And Offline Modes: (1) Career Planning And Market Knowledge (2) Cv Writing; And (3) Interviewing Skills.
