External Collaborator (excol) To Support Ilo Implementation Of The Protect Programme In Cambodia & The Ilo’s Protect Programme Seeks An Individual Consultant For An External Collaborator Contract (excol) To Support The Implementation Of The Following Activities In Cambodia.: Support The Logistics Preparation For The National Programme Advisory Committee (npac) Meeting In 2024. Support The Protect Ilo Team In Developing Partnership Proposals For The Project’s Work In Cambodia, In Line With Protect’s Logical Framework, M&e Plan, And Country Workplan. Support The Protect Regional Team In Training Partners On Reporting, Finance And Visibility Requirements. Applicants Should Possess: Advanced University Degree In International Development, Economics, Management, Gender Studies, Law Or Other Relevant Field Of Social Sciences  At Least Five Years Of Professional Experience, Working On Labour Migration In Cambodia Is Required.  Familiarity With Ilo Policies And Procedures Would Be An Asset  Fluency In Khmer Required. excellent Knowledge And Proficiency In Written And Spoken english Is Necessary.
