Interested Suppliers Are Requested To Submit A Quotation For The Same As Per Attached Request For Quotation (rfq) Template. Suppliers Must Fill Out The Rfq Template While Ensuring Strict Compliance With Instructions Set Out In The Terms And Conditions Applicable To Ilo Contracts (see Annex I And Iii, In Request For Quotation). The Rfq Template Should Be Accompanied By Filled Out Certification Form Signed By Authorised Legal Representative Of The Company And Affixed With Company Seal (see Annex Ii, In Request For Quotation Template). Please Also Include One Copy Of Company Registration Certificate, Vat Registration Certificate, Updated Tax Clearance Certificate And Authorised Dealership Certificate (if Any).
