Ifad Is Issuing This Invitation To Tender In Order To Stipulate Long Term Agreements (lta) With One Or More Companies (max. 5) Providing Design And Layout In Non-latin Languages, As Well As Galley Proofing Of Communications Materials And Publications, In English, French, Spanish And Non-latin Languages, In Particular Arabic, “if And When Required”. The Lta Is On “non-exclusive” Basis And Ifad Will Select The Actual Service Delivery Company And Place A Specific Work Order For The Specific Requirement Based A Competitive Selection Among The Holders Of The Lta. The Services Required Are Divided In Lots As Follows: Lot 1. Design And Layout Of Communications Materials In Non-latin Languages Lot 2. Galley Proofing Of Laid Out Communications Materials In All Official Ifad Languages, As Well As Non-official Languages In Order To Have Access To The Tender Documents, It Is Necessary To Register And Log-in In The Ungm Portal.
