Details: The subject of the public contract is the reconstruction of the electrical installation in common areas in order to bring the building into line with the current fire regulations and current electrical regulations and requirements. This involves changing the network from Tn-c to Tn-s. The entire existing electrical distribution will be replaced with new cables running under the plaster of the interior spaces, new switchboards will be installed, and in each switchboard, the neutral conductor Pen will be divided into a separate protective conductor Pe and a separate working conductor N. All apartment switchboards are designed to have a three-phase connection. Furthermore, autonomous fire detectors will be installed behind all entrance doors to the apartment units, and a home phone system will be added. The connection of the individual networks of the building will remain intact. The lights in the common areas (staircases and corridors) will be equipped with LED sources with motion sensors and the option of switching to permanent lighting. The work also includes checking and revising the existing lightning conductor.
