renovate Existing Building 2083, Which Is A 6-story, 88,645 Square Foot, Non-historic Building, Constructed Around 2001. Currently, The Building Provides Unaccompanied Enlisted Personnel Housing (ueph) Barracks Living Units For 288 Personnelman (pn) And Is Served By Interior Double Loaded Breezeways. The Renovated Layout Of Existing Barracks Living Units To Remain On All Floors. The Barracks Unit Total Count Will Be Reduced To 188 Pn Due To Dedicated Stacked Utility Core Modules On Each Floor And The Renovation Of Sleeping Modules To Provide Individual Sleeping Rooms.
