Replacement Of Carpet And Rubber Floor Tiles Of Pbb 1 And 3 Repainting Of Tunnels Interior And Exterior Management Framework Project Name: Repair And Maintenance Of 3 Units Pbb At Iloilo International Airport Work Identification: Repair And Maintenance Effects: Most Of The Parts Of Passenger Boarding Bridge Needs Monthly Inspection And Maintenance To Maintain Its Efficiency And Reliability. All Moving Parts Must Be Lubricated Monthly Using A Specific Lubricant Only. Magnetic Brakes Clearance Must Be Check Quarterly And Should Be Maintained Within The Tolerable Distance. Control Panels Need To Be Inspection Regularly And Cleaned Using Dust Blower. Steel Tunnels Must Be Repainted To Prevent Fast Deterioration Due To Corrosion. Rotten Wooden Floor And Dilapidated Carpet And Rubber Flooring Must Be Replaced To Prevent Tripping Incident Due To Damaged Floor. Planning: Monthly And Quarterly Preventive Maintenance Shall Be Implemented Regularly To Maintain Its Efficiency And Reliability. Repainting Of Steel Tunnels To Protect It From Corrosion And Prevent Fast Deterioration. Repair Of Flooring And Replacement Of Floor Carpet Shall Be Done Every Year To Maintain Reliability And Safety Of Pbb Operation. The Cost Of Repair And Preventive Maintenance Shall Be Included To Yearly Budget Proposal. Once Budget Was Included To Approved App, The Program Of Works (with Required Attachments) Shall Be Submitted For Approval. Once The Pow Was Approved, Area Bac Shall Handle The Procurement Process Through A Competitive Bidding. Schedule: Once Procurement Process Has Completed And Ntp Was Issued, The Contractor Must Complete The Project Within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days For The Repair And One (1) Year For The Preventive Maintenance From The Effectivity Of Notice To Proceed. The Contractor Shall Submit Within Seven (7) Days The Schedule Of Deliveries And Gantt Chart For The Repair. The Project Is Target To Be Completed On March 2026. Execution: The Contractor Shall Process The Necessary Work Permits Of Their Supervisors, Skilled Workers And Laborers. The Contractor Shall Provide Tools, Equipment And Technical Expertise For The Repair And Repainting Works. The Contractor Shall Provide Tools, Equipment And Technical Expertise For The Monthly And Quarterly Preventive Maintenance. The Contractor Shall Deliver The Replacement Parts And Consumables Specified In The Contract. The Project In-charge Shall Monitor The Progress Of The Project Based On The Gantt Chart. Follow-up The Operators Shall Be Responsible For The Daily Inspections Of The Equipment And Shall Immediately Report Any Abnormalities And Malfunctions. The Contractor Shall Submit The Service Reports After The Preventive Maintenance Service And/or Repair Was Completed. The Project Will Be Inspected And Accepted By Area 6 Technical Inspector And Acceptance Committee. The Project Status Shall Be Reported During The Monthly Management/staff Meeting To Discuss The Overall Accomplishments Of The Project And To Identify What Went Wrong Or What Went Right During The Implementation.
