Interior Health Is Seeking Expressions Of Interest From Qualified Agencies To Provide An Adult Day Program For Princeton And Area. the Contractor Will Provide Adult Day services (the Services) To Clients (as Defined In Ministry Of Health Services (mohs) Provincial Policy) Referred And Determined As Eligible And Assessed As Requiring Adult Day Services By Interior Health.    The Contractor Will Provide The Services For A Capacity Of Eight (8) Clients/day For A Total Of One Hundred (100) Annual Program Days, Which Can Be Altered By Mutual Agreement.  The Hours Of Operation Will Be 0900 To 1500 Two Days A Week. Provision Of Transportation Services To And From The Program Would Be Preferred.  the Adult Day Program Is Anticipated To Commence On Or Before September 1, 2024. It Is Anticipated The Program Will Be Within The Range Of $74,000.00 Per Annum.
