Description 1.the Insurance Commission, Through The Government Of The Philippines (gop) Under 2024 Special Account In The General Fund (sagf) 151 And As Per Authority To Purchase Motor Vehicle (apmv) No. Bmb-a-23-0015 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Seven Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 4,700,000.00), Inclusive Of 12% Vat, Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Motor Vehicles With Project Reference No. 2024-01-015, With The Following Particulars: Lot No. Quantity Description Total Abc Lot No. 1 1 Passenger Van Php1,900,000.00 Lot No. 2 1 Sports Utility Vehicle Php2,800,000.00 Total Php4,700,000.00 Bids Received More Than The Abc For Each Lot, And Late Bids Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Insurance Commission (hereinafter Referred To As “ic”) Now Invites Bids For Each Of The Above-enumerated Lots On The Procurement Of Motor Vehicles. Delivery Of The Lot Is Required One Hundred Twenty (120) Days After The Receipt By Winning Bidder Of The Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past Five Years (5) From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4.prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Ic-bac Secretariat And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 9:00 A.m.
