The required prior work experience for the bidder includes experience in design, construction, and supply of inland/sea-going vessels, particularly survey vessels, with specific requirements as follows: - Three similar completed works costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost of Rs. 2.34 Cr. - Two similar completed works costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost of Rs. 2.93 Cr. - One similar completed work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost of Rs. 4.68 Cr. Additionally, the bidder should have achieved an average annual financial turnover of at least Rs. 1.76 crore during the last three years. The bidder should also have experience in construction and installation of floating jetties, with details of manpower and equipment available for such work. The bidder should have completed at least 80% of the works in the last 3 years, with a minimum value of Rs. 10 crores for each work. The value and percentage of similar works completed should be supported by client certificates, including details such as contract value, payment value, and actual execution period for the relevant component of similar work. Substantially completed projects are defined as completion of 80% or more of the works that have been financially completed under the claimed relevant component of the contract.
