Expressions of interest : Consultancy Services for Developing Crash Database Management System at the Liberia National Police Head Quarter for the Road Safety Secretariat. The services include: To develop and implement a cloud based electronic data management system for road traffic crash data storage, analysis, and retrieval of data for the Liberia Road Safety Secretarial. The system shall be a collaborative inter agency platform with access given to multiple agencies based on the data they need to capture, store, analyze, process retrieve, or contribute. These agencies include the Liberia National Police, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Health (by and through hospitals, clinics, etc.), and Ministry of Public Works amongst others.
