The bidder should have experience of having successfully completed similar works during the last 7 years, specifically in Civil Construction works. The similar works would mean construction of new 33 KV & 11 KV composite line along with 33/11 KV sub-station. The bidder should meet any of the following three conditions for similar works: 1. Three completed similar works costing not less than 40% of the estimated project cost of Rs. 499.18 Lakhs. 2. Two completed similar works costing not less than 50% of the estimated project cost of Rs. 499.18 Lakhs. 3. One completed similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated project cost of Rs. 499.18 Lakhs. Additionally, the bidder must have at least 1 experience of each of the following: - Successful construction and commissioning of minimum 3.0 Km of 33 KV overhead line with MVCC & ACSR Wolf, Raccoon conductor, including minimum 0.5 Km of 33 KV UG Cable line and minimum 200 m 11 KV UG Cable under APDCL Supervision in a single order. - Successful construction and commissioning of new 33/11 KV, 2.5 MVA substation and above with construction of 33 KV Overhead line with ACSR Wolf conductor with installation of 11 KV Outdoor VCB in a single order under APDCL Supervision. The bidder should also have received payments for construction/execution of similar works, or has undertaken construction works by itself, such that the sum total thereof is more than Rs. 499.18 Lakhs over the past 3 financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. The bidder should furnish the details of similar experience for the last 3 financial years immediately preceding the Bid Due Date. The average annual turnover of the bidder during the last 3 years should not be less than 70% of the estimated value of work. The bidder should have positive Net Worth equivalent to 10% of the estimated value at the close of the preceding financial year. The bidder must provide Certificate(s) from its statutory auditors or the concerned client(s) stating the payments received during the past 3 years in respect of the similar works. A work shall be considered to be completed if more than 90% of the value of work has been completed. The bidder must submit necessary up-to-date certificates from concerned departments certifying the stage of ongoing works for evaluation.
