The experience of the bidding entity only will be considered, and they must submit valid proof for meeting the criteria, including documents such as contract documents, completion certificates, and CA certificates. Completed similar work(s) should be completed in all respects, with a final bill/completion certificate submitted as proof. Works in progress or incomplete works will not be considered for qualifying purposes. In case of work orders from private parties, a certificate from a Chartered Accountant (CA) certifying the value of work done, along with TDS certificates (where applicable) or bank statements, is required. If the executed value of the job is more than the work order value and the bidder claims to meet the Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC) requirement based on the executed value, the bidder must submit documentary evidence of the final executed value. For evaluation, the value of completed work will be considered. The executed value of completed work submitted by the bidder will be considered during evaluation for experience criteria of PQC. In case the work orders submitted by the bidder are in multiple currencies/non-INR, the same will be converted to equivalent INR considering the conversion rate as on the date of issue of the reference order(s) based on the State Bank of India's (SBI) Telegraphic Transfer (TT) selling rate. Work carried out at multiple locations through a single purchase order will be considered as one similar work. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned, but the value of work completed and the completion date of work are crucial for evaluation. The bidder should upload a copy of the work order, and the onus of submission of a suitable purchase order/work order to meet PQC shall be with the bidder.
