The bidder is required to have prior work experience in "Fire proofing works in Petroleum Refinery / Petrochemical Plant / Hydrocarbon Fertilizers / Hydrocarbon Industry". The required experience is as follows: - Three completed works each costing not less than ₹ 32.39 Lacs - OR Two completed works each costing not less than ₹ 43.19 Lacs - OR One completed work costing not less than ₹ 53.99 Lacs No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. However, the bidder must submit details of work orders qualifying for similar nature, including covering letters, schedules of rates, and satisfactory completion certificates containing executed values and dates of completion. The amount considered for meeting the experience criteria shall be inclusive of Service Tax/GST. The value of similar works completed can be considered based on the work order value or executed value, whichever is higher.
