The required prior work experience for the bidder includes the completion of similar works within the last seven years. The bidder should have experience in successful completion of construction of any or a combination of Buildings / Roads / Driveway / Boundary Wall / Steel Structure / Retaining wall / Petroleum or Gas Installations / Retail outlets. The value of completed work for evaluation shall be considered as under: (i) Three similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of the estimated cost i.e. Rs. 68,68,000.00 OR (ii) Two similar completed works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost i.e., Rs. 91,57,000.00 OR (iii) One similar completed work costing not less than the amount equal to 50% of the estimated cost i.e., Rs. 1,14,47,000.00. The percentages of similar works completed are 30%, 40%, and 50% of the estimated cost. The corresponding amounts are Rs. 68,68,000.00, Rs. 91,57,000.00, and Rs. 1,14,47,000.00 respectively. Additionally, for civil work, including structural and painting works, the bidder should have specific years of experience for engineers based on the value of the work. For example, for a value of 50-200, the bidder should have 1 engineer with 3 years of experience, and for a value greater than 500, the bidder should have 1 engineer with 8 years of experience, 1 engineer with 4 years of experience, and 1 engineer with 2 years of experience.
