The Eligibility requirements mentioned are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder must have experience of providing similar type of services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for 3 years. 2. Past Performance: The bidder must have provided similar services during each of the financial years. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - Years of Past Experience Required: 3 years - Purchase preference to Micro and Small Enterprises (MSEs): 15% of margin of purchase preference/price band for MSE Service Providers. Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: 1. OEM Authorization Certificate 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) Other documents required from the seller are: 1. Experience Criteria 2. Certificate (Requested in ATC) 3. OEM Authorization Certificate 4. Documentary evidence in the form of certified Audited Balance Sheets or a certificate from the Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant indicating the turnover details for the relevant period. 5. Copies of relevant contracts / orders to be uploaded along with bid in support of having provided services during each of the Financial year. 6. Relevant documentary evidence in respect of the offered service, if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference for services. 7. Manufacturer Authorization: Wherever Authorised Distributors/service providers are submitting the bid, Authorisation Form /Certificate with OEM/Original Service Provider details. 8. Non-Disclosure declaration certificate. 9. Performance Guarantee certificate by way of bank guarantee or FDR. 10. Documentary evidence to prove the availability of office of the Service Provider in the state of Consignee. 11. Undertaking of Competent Authority is mandatory to create Custom Bid for Services. 12. Registration / Empanelment with MSME/NSIC/Defence Organisation for the required goods / service category.
