The required prior work experience for the bidder is 7 years. The bidder should have completed similar services with specific conditions as follows: 1. Three similar completed services costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost; 2. Two similar completed services costing not less than 50% of the estimated cost; or 3. One similar completed service costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost. Additionally, the bidder should have at least 7 consecutive years of experience of providing security services in a University/Academic institution of national importance/Reputed Industries, with experience prior to 2010 not considered. The bidder should have successfully executed at least 02 nos. of work orders for providing security services in the last 2 years, with each work order worth Rs. 2.5 crore and above. The bidder should also have provided security services of at least 100 security guards in a single contract of minimum one year duration at the same/different locations in the last three years. The annual turnover during the last 3 financial years is also a requirement, with a minimum average annual turnover of Rs. 400 Lakh (or 4 crores).
