The bidder should have completed similar nature of works in the last seven years. The required prior work experience includes having completed satisfactorily one similar work of 80% value of the estimated cost put to tender, or two similar works of 60% value of the estimated cost put to tender, or three similar works of 40% value of the estimated cost put to tender. Additionally, the bidder should have completed one work of similar nature costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of the estimated cost put to tender with a Central Government Department or Central Autonomous Body or Central Public Sector Undertakings or State Government Department. The estimated cost of the work is Rs. 3,00,83,619/-. Therefore, the bidder should have completed a similar work of at least 40% of this value, which is Rs. 1,20,33,448/- (40% of 3,00,83,619). The value of completed works shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing at a simple rate of 7. The bidder needs to submit the supporting documents for calculation of the maximum turnover in construction works executed in any one year during the last seven years, and details of these works, including the name of the work/project, location, value of the work, and date of commencement and completion.
