The required prior work experience for the bidder includes completing similar works of a specified magnitude. The bidder should have completed: - Three similar works each of value not less than 40% of estimated cost, - Two similar works each of value not less than 60% of estimated cost, - One similar work of value not less than 80% of estimated cost during the last 7 years. Additionally, specific values are mentioned, such as Rs. 1,37,25,000.00 or three similar works each of value not less than Rs. 91,50,000.00 during the last 7 years. The value of executed works shall be brought to the current costing level by enhancing the actual value of work at a simple rate of 7% per annum. A Diploma Holder with minimum 10 years relevant experience can be treated at par with graduate Engineers. The rough estimate of the work cost is more than 1.5 to 5 Crore for Civil Work.
