This Is A Solicitation Notice For Solicitation 75h701-23-r-00001 Phoenix Indian Medical Center (pimc) Maintenance & Improvements (m&i) Renovations (phoenix, Az) A Construction Project Prepared In Accordance With Far Part 36.  These Construction Services Are In Support Of The Indian Health Service (ihs). scope Of Work:  The Purpose Of This Project Is For A Contractor To Furnish All Labor, Personnel, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Appliances, Supplies, Services, Permits, Insurance, And Supervision A Number Of Maintenance And Improvement Projects On The Phoenix Indian Medical Center (pimc) Campus With An Overall Effort To Address Code Compliance As Well As Improve General Safety, Cleanliness, And Appearance.
