The Automated Logic Webctrl Building Control System Is A Proprietary Direct Digital Control System That Controls The Hvac Mechanical Systems Within The Healthcare Facilities. Automated Logic Is The Local Authorized Distributor And Manufacturer Authorized Company To Service The System. The Procurement Will Be Conducted Pursuant To The Authority Of Federal Acquisition Regulation (far) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures; 41 U.s.c. 3304(a)(1), As Implemented By Far 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source And No Other Supplies Or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements; And Far 37.101, Non-personal Services Contract. The Ihs Anticipates The Award Of A Fixed-price Purchase Order For The Period Of February 1, 2025 Through January 31, 2026. This Is Not A Request For Competitive Proposal And No Solicitation Is Available. Firms That Believe They Can Provide Theservice Are Encouraged To Identify Themselves And Give Written Notification During The Publication Of This Notice.
