The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of financial years as indicated in the bid document before the bid opening date. Specifically, 3 Years of past experience is required for same/similar service. 2. Past Performance: 70% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 70% of bid quantity - 3 Financial years As for technical certification, no specific technical certification is required by the bidder to participate in this tender, except that the bidder should have experience in manufacturing and supplying similar products and comply with certain Indian Standards (IS) such as: 1. Compliance with IS 10322 (for LED Luminaire for Floodlight) 2. Compliance with IS 16102 (for Self Ballasted LED Lamps for General Lighting Services) Additionally, the bidder should be the manufacturer/OEM of the offered product on GeM, or the service provider of the offered service, and should have a valid Udyam Registration if they want to avail themselves of the purchase preference for MSEs. The bidder must also provide documentary evidence to prove their eligibility and be validated online in GeM profile and validated and approved by Buyer after evaluation of documents submitted.
