The Eligibility requirements mentioned in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: The bidder should have completed similar projects in Pan India, and documents are required for reference. The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU for 2 years before the bid opening date. The bidder should have their own arrangement to complete the project. 2. Past Performance: 80% of the evaluation is based on past performance. The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 2 years (for Experience Criteria) - 80% (for Past Performance) - 25% (for OPTION CLAUSE, which allows the Purchaser to increase or decrease the quantity to be ordered) - 15% (margin of purchase preference/price band for MSEs) - 25% (percentage of total quantity for contract award to MSE Seller) Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender include: - Valid Udyam Registration for MSEs - Online validation of credentials through Udyam Registration portal for MSEs - Copies of relevant contracts to be submitted along with bid in support of having supplied some quantity during each of the year - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - Supporting documents to prove eligibility for exemption from Experience / Turnover Criteria, if applicable - Documentary evidence to be uploaded along with the bid in respect of the offered product or service, if the bidder wants to avail the Purchase preference as an MSE.
