The values mentioned for eligibility requirements are: - 10% of bid quantity for Past Performance Technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - Udyam Registration (for MSEs) - Documentary evidence to prove eligibility for purchase preference (for MSEs) - Relevant contracts to prove supply of cumulative order quantity in any one financial year (for Past Performance) - Certificate (Requested in ATC) for Past Performance
