The Eligibility requirements given in the tender are: 1. Experience Criteria: - The bidder or its OEM should have regularly manufactured and supplied same or similar Category Products to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for a number of financial years before the bid opening date. - The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar types of products, 80% of the quantities supplied in one order, 50% in two orders of bid quantity, in at least one of the last two financial years procured through GeM portal in AOR of HQ Western Command. - 3 Years of past experience required for same/similar service. - The bidder should have supplied same or similar category products for 80% of the bid quantity in at least one of the last three financial years before the bid opening date. 2. Past Performance: - 80% past performance is required. - The Bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar Category Products for 80% of bid quantity, in at least one of the last three Financial years before the bid opening date to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU. - 80% past performance required. The values mentioned for Eligibility requirements are: - 80% (past performance) - 50% (of bid quantity) - 20% (Local Content required for qualifying as Class 2 Local Supplier) - 50% (Local Content required for qualifying as Class 1 Local Supplier) - 3 Years (experience criteria) The technical certifications required by the bidder to participate in this tender are: - ISO 9001 certification - ISO Certifications ISO-9001 (Quality and Safety), 9000 (Quality Management) - Material Test Certificates - Product approved certificate citing that the product has been approved for military / Govt / Semi-Govt / PSU Utilization - OEM Authorization Certificate - Compliance of BoQ specification and supporting document - Certificate (Requested in ATC) - OEM Warranty certificates - Confidentiality Certificate - Store Delivery Assurance certificate - Warranty card for battery - Protection of the entire housing (both LED section and driver section) as per IS:10322 (Part 1):1982 latest - IP rating of LED Luminaire (IP54, IP65, IP66, IP67, IP68)
