Description Labor For One Year-monthly Preventive Maintenance Of Four (4) Units Passenger Elevator At Research Hub Building, Cea-ict Building, Ssb Building, And Access Route Scope Of Work: • Check And Test All Safety Circuit Devices Such As Governor Switch, Limit Switch, Position Switches, Stop Switch And Maintenance Switch. • Check Condition Of Hosting Cable, Traveling Cable And Shackle Rod. • Check And Adjust If Necessary, Hatchway Doors For Proper Alignment. • Test Condition Of Door Motor And Car Cage Door During Opening And Closing. Make Adjustment Of Necessary. • Check Overload Device If Functioning According To Its Rated Load Capacity. • Conduct Low Speed Test Run To Inspect Hatchway For Foreign Object That Can Hinder Its Up And Down Operation. • Apply Lubrication For All Moving Mechanical Parts Such As Door Arms, Door Rails, Bearing, Etc • Always Inspect Tightening Of Bolts And Nuts And All Electrical Terminals. • Clean Machine Room, Control Panel, Elevator Car Top And Elevator Pit. • Traction Machine Inspection (gear Oil, Brake Plunger, Brake Drum Gear.) • Inspection And Test Elevator Levelling At All Floors. • Test Elevator Ready For Use. • Other Repairs Or Maintenance As Required By Pdas Office • Spare Parts & Other Devices Needed To Be Replaced Shall Be Procured By The Service Provider And Shall Be Charged To The University In A Separate Billing, With A Warranty Period Of One (1) Year. • Other Items As Mentioned In The “terms Of Reference”. *kindly Download The Attached Rfq For The Submission Of Your Quotation*
