The Ilocos Training And Regional Medical Center (itrmc), Through The Income Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Seventy-one Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (php 2,671,200.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Grocery Items (negotiated Procurement – 2 Failed Biddings). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Itrmc Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Every 1st Saturday Of The Month (9:00 Am – 12:00 Nn) After Receipt Of The Approved Purchase Order (po). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
