Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Pinili, Ilocos Norte Now Invites Bids For 4 Units Laptop. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Cd After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
