The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Norte Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ten Million Pesos (php 10,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Improvement Of Paseo De Paoay, Paoay, Ilocos Norte (bac In 2025-10). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Norte Now Invites Bid For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is 182 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
