The Municipality Of Piddig Through The Ra 7171 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand & 00/100 Pesos (php1,200,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Concreting Of Farm To Market Road In Brgy Calluza (98m X 6.10m X 0.23thk Pccp). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Piddig Now Invites Bids Concreting Of Farm To Market Road In Brgy Calluza (98m X 6.10m X 0.23thk Pccp). Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
