The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Norte Through The Ra 7171 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (php 1,720,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/rehabilitation/improvement Of Climate-resilient Farm To Market Roads, Livelihood Centers, Municipal And Barangay Roads - Construction/rehabilitation/improvement/ Upgrading Of Farm To Market Road, Brgy. San Julian, Batac City, Ilocos Norte (bac In 2025-06). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Provincial Government Of Ilocos Norte Now Invites Bid For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is 35 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders) 3.
