Description Rehabilitation/improvement Of Farm To Market Road Sitios Cadunguan And Sta. Cruz, Brgy. San Marcelino, Dingras, Ilocos Norte 1. The Local Government Unit Of Dingras, Through The 2020 Ra 7171 Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos And Ninety Nine Centavos (p6,999,660.99) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehabilitation/improvement Of Farm To Market Road – Cw2024-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Dingras Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 96 Working Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
