The Municipal Government Of Marcos, Through The Lbm 89 R.a. 7171 Fy 2021 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (php 1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Materials For The Repair Of Flue Curing Barns For Brgys. Mabuti, Imelda, Daquioag, Lydia, Fortuna, And Valdez, Marcos, Ilocos Norte Under Ib 2024-103 Goods. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Marcos Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Materials For The Repair Of Flue Curing Barns For Brgys. Mabuti, Imelda, Daquioag, Lydia, Fortuna, And Valdez, Marcos, Ilocos Norte. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Prospective Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Bids And Awards Committee And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below Starting December 19, 2024 At 9:00 A.m. To 4:00 P.m., Monday To Friday Excluding Holidays And Non-working Days. 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On December 19, 2024 From Given Address And Website Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos (php 1,000.00).
