Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Ilocos Norte Municipality Of Piddig Invitation To Bid For Construction Of On-farm Road Firebreaks Line Within The Coffee Plantation 1. The Municipality Of Piddig Through The 20% Mdf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million & 00/100 Pesos (php2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Construction Of On-farm Road Firebreaks Line Within The Coffee Plantation. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Piddig Now Invites Bids Construction Of On-farm Road Firebreaks Line Within The Coffee Plantation. Completion Of The Works Is Required Forty (40) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Piddig -office Of The Bac Secretary, And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below During 9:00am - 4:00pm, Monday To Friday, Before The Opening Of Bid, Scheduled On November 25, 2024 At 1:30pm. 5.
