The Municipality Of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte, Through The Special Education Fund (sef) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine (ph 299.999.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies For The Brigada Eskwela. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Sarrat, Ilocos Norte Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies For The Brigada Eskwela. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Completed 30 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
