Contract notice: framework agreement - third-party application maintenance (corrective, evolutionary) of inrs applications named seirich, colphy, adocs, colchic and scola. Signing of a framework agreement for the establishment and execution of third-party application maintenance services (tma) for inrs applications named seirich, colphy, adocs, colchic and scola. within this scope of applications, the contract also provides for the performance by the holder of: - ad hoc technical expertise missions - reversibility with the objective of ensuring the transfer of knowledge to inrs or to one or more third party (s) designated by the inrssacting more particularly the "seirich" application, the holder also provides hotline services (hereinafter referred to as "seirich hotline"). the technical description of the applications in question and the services to be performed appear in the special technical clauses (cctp) and its appendices.Signing of a framework agreement for the purpose of setting up and performing third-party application maintenance (tma) services, namely: - corrective maintenance, - scalable maintenance, of inrs applications named seirich, colphy, adocs, colchic and scola. within this scope of applications, the contract also provides for the performance by the holder of: - ad hoc technical expertise missions - reversibility with the objective of ensuring the transfer of knowledge to the inrs or to a or third party (s) designated by the irss more particularly the "seirich" application, the holder also provides hotline services (hereinafter referred to as "seirich hotline"). the technical description of the applications in the question and the services to be performed appear in the special technical clauses (cctp) and its appendices. the framework agreement is a single beneficiary. the contract is executed both: * by issuing order forms, under the conditions set out in articles r. 2162-13 and r. 2162-14 of the ccp, with regard to the performance of the following services: - corrective maintenance, - "seirich" hotline, - and reversibility, * by the conclusion of subsequent contracts under the conditions set out in articles r. 2162-7 to r. 2162-12 of the ccp, with regard to the performance of services: - progressive maintenance, - and expertise.
