Copper Tube Installation) Location: University Of The Philippines, Campus Maintenance Office / Offsite Office And Storage Space Of Hrvvmc 1 Unit Prospective Suppliers Are Advised To Conduct An Ocular In Order To Provide Actual Costing Of The Project Project Site This Project Includes The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing And Commissioning Of The Above-described Air-conditioning Unit At The Human Rights Violations Victims’ Memorial Commission Office, 2nd Floor, 150 Corporate Center, Panay Avenue, Quezon City Approved Budget Of The Contract The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Thirty-seven Thousand Pesos (php 37,000.00) In Philippine Currency Inclusive Of 12% Vat. Bids Proposed Submitted Higher Than The Abc Shall Automatically Be Rejected. Scope Of Work The Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of The Above-described Air-conditioning Units Shall Cover The Following: Labor; Materials (copper Tubing Installations And Insulations, Welding Job, Breaker, Wires, And Other Incidental Materials) Maintenance And Support 1. During The Warranty Period, The Winning Bidder Shall Provide Highly Technical Personnel To Service The Air-conditioning Unit; Including Its Compressors, Components/peripherals Whenever Hardware And/or Any Related Problem Should Occur. 2. The Winning Bidder Must Have A Local Service Center. 3. On-call Support Should Be Available Every Working Day. 4. On Hardware Repair, Testing Shall Be Done On-site To Know The Extent Of The Problem. 5. The Winning Bidder Must Shoulder All Expenses Of The Technician(s) Who Will Be Providing The Technical Services On-site During The Warranty Period. Warranty: From The Date Of Delivery And Acceptance Of The Product, The Prospective Bidder Shall Warrant That The Product Is Free From Defects In Materials And Workmanship, And Shall Undertake Repair Or Replacement Of Any Part(s) Or Portion Of The Equipment Without Cost To The Government. The Warranty Period Shall Be At Least One (1) Year For The Parts And Labor And Five (5) Years For The Compressor. The Winning Bidder Shall Ensure That Parts And Materials For Replacement Are Available In The Market. Tools And Equipment Requirements The Prospective Bidder Shall Commit To Providing The Minimum Tools And/or Equipment To Be Utilized During Project Implementation. Provided, The Subject Tools And/or Equipment Are Wholly Owned, Or Under A Lease Agreement Of Which The Period Of The Said Contract Must Not Be Less Than The Duration Of The Project. The Prospective Bidder Should Exclusively Dedicate The Aforementioned Tools/equipment And Personnel/manpower Within The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Or Until Completion Of The Project As Evidenced By The Certificate Of Acceptance Duly Signed By The Authorized Representative/signatory Of Pia, Whichever Comes First. Terms And Conditions 1. Prospective Bidders Must Undertake The Entire Scope Of Work Cited Above Within 30 Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. 2. It Is The Responsibility Of The Participating Bidders To Coordinate And Conduct An On-site Inspection Of The Identified Installation Site(s) To Provide Accurate Estimated Installation Costs For The Project. The Award Shall Be Given To The Lowest/single Calculated And Responsive Bid As Determined And Evaluated By The Bac-pg, And Whose Bid Price Is Not Higher Than The Abc; All Incidental Expenses Shall Be Borne Solely By The Winning Bidder; The Winning Bidder Shall Assume Full Responsibility, Be Liable, And Agree To Indemnify Hrvvmc, Or Any Party/ies For Any Loss, Damage, Destruction, And/or Injury Which Are Attributable In Whole Or In Part To The Negligence, Fault, Laxities, Unlawful Act Or Misconduct Of The Former And/or Through Its Authorized Representative Or Personnel Arising From The Performance Of The Project. The Damages Or Injuries Shall Be Reported In Writing To Hrvvmc And/or Other Parties Immediately Or Within Two (2) Days From The Date Of Its Discovery To Enable Hrvvmc To Investigate The Matter. However, The Winning Bidder Is Not Precluded From Pursuing Any Legal Action Against The Person Responsible. The Winning Bidder Shall Observe And Comply With All Hrvvmc Rules And Regulations, Including Safety And Environmental Standards Set By Hrvvmc And The Department Of Labor And Employment (dole) Occupational Safety And Health (osh) Center While Dismantling The Unserviceable Airconditioning Units.
