Opportunity To Occupy, Develop, And Manage The 5.3 Hectares (13.07 Acres) Of Asset Of Community Value (acv) Land Located At Coronation Road, Kingston Upon Hull-hull City Council Is Pleased To Invite Expressions Of Interest (eoi) From Voluntary And Community Interest Groups For The Opportunity To Occupy, Develop, And Manage The 5.3 Hectares (13.07 Acres) Of Asset Of Community Value (acv) Land Located At Coronation Road, Hull. In March 2024, The Hull City Council Cabinet Agreed In Principle To The Disposal Of A Long-term Leasehold Interest In This Land, Subject To The Following Conditions: • Any Future Use Of The Land Must Be Restricted Under The Lease To Support Community And Social Purposes, As Defined Within The Localism Act 2011. The Council Is Seeking Organisations That Can Demonstrate A Strong Local Connection And A Clear Vision For The Sustainable Use Of This Significant Community Asset. The Successful Group Will Align With Relevant Criteria, Including Community Benefit. Groups Submitting A Compliant Eoi Will Subsequently Be Invited To Submit A Formal Tender Proposal For The Site.
