Description Invitation To Bid Provision Of Domestic Forwarding/freight Services For The Sending Of Pouches/ Cargoes From Pag-ibig Fund South Central And North Central And Eastern Visayas (scncev) Branches And Offices To Pag-ibig Fund Corporate Headquarters, Ncr Branches And Other Provincial Branches 1. The Pag-ibig Fund Technical And Administrative Support For South Central And North Central And Eastern Visayas (tas-scncev), Through The Y2024 Corporate Operating Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Six Hundred Thirteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Five Pesos (php3,613,435.00), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Provision Of Domestic Forwarding/freight Services For The Sending Of Pouches/ Cargoes From Pag-ibig Fund South Central And North Central And Eastern Visayas (scncev) Branches And Offices To Pag-ibig Fund Corporate Headquarters, Ncr Branches And Other Provincial Branches Per Project Id No. 2024-01-0026. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pag-ibig Fund Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac)–scncev Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within One (1) Year As Specified In Section Vi. (schedule Of Requirements) And Section Vii. (technical Specifications) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Period Of Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. Bidding Is Restricted To Filipino Citizens/sole Proprietorships, Partnerships, Or Organizations With At Least Sixty Percent (60%) Interest Or Outstanding Capital Stock Belonging To Citizens Of The Philippines, And To Citizens Or Organizations Of A Country The Laws Or Regulations Of Which Grant Similar Rights Or Privileges To Filipino Citizens, Pursuant To Ra No. 5183. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders Starting On January 18, 2024 From 9:00 A.m. To 3:00 P.m., From The Pag-ibig Fund Bac–scncev Secretariat, At The Office Address Given Below, Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (p5,000.00). Payment Shall Be In The Form Of Cash, Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, Manager’s Check Payable To Pag-ibig Fund And Can Be Made On The Following Schedules, Provided That The Prospective Bidder Has Secured An Authorized Payment Order Form At The Bac–scncev Secretariat. The Procuring Entity Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees Either In Person Or Through Electronic Means. 6.
