Description Invitation To Bid Preventive Maintenance For Various Airconditioning Units Of Pag-ibig Fund Cebu Branches And Offices Y2025 1. The Pag-ibig Fund Area Technical And Administrative Support For South Central And North Central And Eastern Visayas (atas-scncev), Through The Y2025 Corporate Operating Budget, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Sixty Six Pesos And 67/100 (php680,066.67), Inclusive Of All Applicable Taxes Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Preventive Maintenance For Various Airconditioning Units Of Pag-ibig Fund Cebu Branches And Offices Y2025 Per Project Id No. 2025-01-0010. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Pag-ibig Fund Through The Bids And Awards Committee (bac)–scncev Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Services Is Required Within The Duration Specified In Section Vi. (schedule Of Requirements) And Section Vii. (technical Specifications) Of The Bidding Documents. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Period Of Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
