Hofor District Heating Intends To Acquire A System Based On Standard Software Solutions For Design, Management And Optimization Of Our District Heating Production And Distribution System. In A Prioritized Order The Complete System Should Provide The Following High-level Functionalities: 1. Temperature Optimization Of The District Heating System 2. Planning And Design Of Changes To The Existing District Heating System (production And Distribution) 3. Scenario Simulation Of Consequences For Production And Distribution, E.g. When Expanding Or Shutting Down Parts Of The Network (what-if) 4. A Real Time Model Showing The Current Status Of The District Heating System Hofor District Heating Has A Preference For A System Where All Of The Above High-level Functionalities Can Be Provided By A Single Software Solution, But We Are Also Interested To Get Information About Systems Only Providing Some Of The Listed High-level Functionalities Making It Possible For Hofor To Combine Two Or More Of These Software Solutions Into A System Providing All Of The Required Functionalities. The Temperature Optimization Functionality (1) Can Be Data Driven, While The Planning And Design (2), The Scenario Simulation (3) And The Real Time Model (4) Functionalities Should Include Hydraulic Calculation Tools. Apart From The High-level Functionalities The System Shall Also Meet The Following Functional Requirements Regardless Of Whether The High-level Functionalities Are Provided By One System Or A Combination Of Two Or More Systems: The System Shall Be Able To Import The Existing Model Of Hofor’s District Heating System From Shape And/or Json Files. It Is An Advantage If The System Can Import Data From Termis Files (7tm). * The System Shall Be Able To Show Pressure, Flow And Temperatures In The District Heating Network. * The System Shall Be Able To Calculate Heat Losses In Parts/sections Of The District Heating Network. * The System Shall Be Able To Show Historical, Current And Expected Future Data. As An Element Of This, The System Shall Be Able To Show/replay Historical Events, So That The System Can Be Used To Analyze Errors And Failures In The System. * The System Shall Be Able To Show The District Heating System On A Map, E.g. By An Integration To A Map System Or By Having A Functionality For Regular Uploading Of Updated Maps. * The System Shall Be Able To Exchange Production Data (meter Values And Set Points In Opc-da And Opc-ua) With Hofor’s District Heating Control System (abb 800xa). * The System Shall Be Able To Import Customer Consumption Data (yearly Consumptions From Gis/sap And Live Consumptions From Energykey). * The System Shall Be Able To Receive Data From A Weather Forecast Service. The System – Or The Combination Of Systems – Shall Also Fulfil The Following Non-functional Requirements: * More Users Shall Be Able To Use The System From Different Locations Simultaneously. * It Shall Be Possible To Use The System Offline (in Island Mode). * It Shall Be Possible To Install And Run The System On Hofor’s District Heating Domain In A Way Where Data Constantly Remain Within The Domain. * The System – Or The System Providing One Of The Four High-level Requirements – Shall Be A Fully Developed System, Which Has Been Set Into Operation At A District Heating Company With A Capacity At A Minimum Of Approximately 100 Mw. * The System And The Associated Integrations Must Comply With Requirements In Nis2. * The Supplier’s Deliveries Are Expected To Be: - Setup, Configuration And Implementation Of The System - Setup Of Integrations - Maintenance Of The System - Training Of Users And Super Users - Support For Super Users - Continuous System Support And Updating.
